摘要

Engineering project takes engineer construction as carrier,and it is engineering construction task that characters of complexity and professional.The selection of project experts is critical factor in project implementation,professional of project experts related project result directly.Expert recommendation system of this paper,based on content recommendation,recommended experts who satisfy the needing of project to policy-maker and project group,selected project experts in method of vague set.Final goal of this paper make project group and policy-maker select better project experts,make project result more reality and effectively.
