In order to test the control strategy' and monitoring the states of adjusting focus and drift angle of optical remote sensor,a real-time simulation test method was proposed,which can closed-loop simulate the encoder and test the state of the control unit.Using this method and the technology of computer,the detection system was developed.The system can test the control strategy,the driving ability and the error disposal of the control unit.Based on the testing method,the system forms the information of encoder by analyzing the control signals.And the system simulates the encoder to return encoder values to the control unit.The working frequency of the control unit equals to 1.2 kHz.The minimum interval of encoder feedback equals to 10ms.The minimum warp of feedback equals to 1 code.The experimental results show that the detection system can exactly monitor the states of the control unit and cover with the entire path of the control strategy of adjusting focus and drift angle of remote sensor.It totally satisfies the requirements for the closed-loop testing of the control unit of adjusting focus and drift angle in real time.
