摘要

In order to increase the control precision of chaisel on the high-speed engraving machine,the M/T speed measurement method based on DSP is employed.The construct of the fuzzy PID controller is designed and the membership function and the fuzzy inference rule are defined according to the expert knowledge.The control of the highspeed engraving machine is realized with the fuzzy adaptive PID method.The simulation and the application results show that the control precision and the real-time performance are better than the conventional method.
