The Flash has been widely used in the data records in aerospace and aviation, because of its low power consumption, light-weight, anti-seismic etc. But with the accuracy of Earth observation equipment gradually improved, and its increasingly high rate of export data, the storage system on the recording equipment made high demands. Through the use of PCI Express interface, and parallelization and pipelining technology, the rate of read and write is raised; by analyzing data access patterns, designs a reasonable FTL algorithm, so that supply the great convenience data management without reducing read and write performance. The design is implemented on the Virtex 5 FPGA, and tests its performance. The consecutive write rate is about 400MB/s, and reading rate is up to 500MB/s.
