摘要

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is considered as an ideal power source for electric vehicles, which has many advantages, such as high power density, simple structure, fast start, no corrosion etc and has a wide range of applicable and a great potential. But the key technical problems, which restrict fuel cell to achieve product are difficult cooling, high cost and bulky. So they have been a hot spot to be studied and solved the problems. This topic for those problems, based on working requirements and optimal temperature difference transfer heat, designed a kind of new and efficient thermal management system by phase change heat transfer principle of heat pipe. The system provides a theoretical basis in order to the key technologies, such as difficult engine cooling, high cost, bulky etc. It also provides a theoretical guidance for reliability, security and system optimization of a new fuel cell thermal management system.
