Diffraction of plane wave by finite ensemble of cylindrical cavities of arbitrary shape

The previously developed rigorous solution to Epolarized plane wave scattering by an infinitely long slotted cylinder of arbitrary profile is generalized to diffraction by a finite ensemble of such cylinders. For illustration purposes the algorithm is applied to analysis of the two dimensional version of an open resonator.
