Micro-waves are sent trough a wave guide (1) into a cylindrical chamber (2). A product pipe (3) is placed at the center of the chamber and the product containers are moving along it. The pipe is surrounded by metallic screen (6) impermeable to the micro-waves with a diaphragm (7) cut through it. The diaphragm shape is calculated by using the Finite Elements Analysis with the parameters such as the shape of the product container and the chamber. An Independent claim is also included for the device used for the micro-wave application.
