摘要

The goal of this paper is to analyze the connotation of services competitiveness the evaluation method and evaluation index system of services competitiveness, and the countermeasures and strategies for the promotion of services competitiveness. Firstly, we make an introduction of the connotation and relative research on services competitiveness. Then, we make a comparison of the evaluation method and treat factor analysis as a more suitable method. We also build the index system for the evaluation of the services competitiveness. Finally, we put forward the strategic routes and corresponding suggestions for the promotion of services competitiveness in China.
