Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Incubator Service

摘要

Based on the research of related literatures about incubator service capability, this paper divides incubation service capability into three types of indicator: operation service capability, development service capability and network service capability. It constructs the evaluation index system and provides a method for comprehensive assessment of incubator service capability.
