Gender Differences Is Important in the China Mutual Fund Industry?

This paper shows the differences of the investment ability and styles between fund managers' different genders. The portfolio structure of female managers is not significantly different from their male counterparts; the average performance of male fund managers is better than female managers, but at the same time more variable.
