This paper take the Mid-high-end talents working in China as study subject, investigated the relationships among job embeddedness (JE), turnover intention, and Cooperative Behavior. Moreover, it focused on the role of job insecurity (JI) as a moderator among these processes. A self-administered questionnaire survey method was used to collect data from 586 the mid-high-end talents personnel working in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and other areas. The hierarchical regression analysis was conducted for data analyses. The findings indicate that JE has significant positive effects on cooperative behavior and significant negative effects on turnover intention??Cand JI was moderating the relationship between JE and the consequence variables.
