摘要

We report a bolt-shape minimally-invasive neural interface, BioBolt, for epidural recording. Sixteen-channel analog front-end has been implemented in 0.25µm technology with low-power wireless data transmission using intra-skin communication. The fabricated ASIC consumes 365µW, occupies 3.2 mm × 0.9 mm, and obtains a 10kb/s data rate.
