The electronic audio and video management system is a comprehensive information system of management science, information science, systems science and computer science. Under the environment of promoting service level and developing network operation, how to handle questions such as checking up account and cost accounting and so on, the research and development specialized electronic audio and video management system has the practical significance. To achieve the goal, researching informatization construction of audio and video base on PBAM through Analyzing, framing, working, programming and introducing component reused mechanism, which embodies the flexibility characteristics of the system and brings a better effect on electronic audio and video business management.
