Marketing strategy is the core of an enterprise management, which is related to the enterprise's survival and development. The rapid development of e-commerce undoubtedly affects the internal and external situation, strategic procedure, strategic performance, and strategic assessment of enterprises. This paper presents the enterprises' net marketing strategic characteristics and model. Which requires analysis of the external environment and internal environment will be implemented in the various stages of Enterprise marketing strategy to ensure that enterprises will advance with the times and develop scientifically in the age of E-commerce.
