Stem were used as explants on exploring the tissue culture technology of Chrysanthemum Morifolium. The results showed that the best medium for inducing adventitious bud and rooting were MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA and 1/2MS + 0.1 mg/L IBA, respectively.
