摘要

The optimal allocation and planning of reclaimed water resources have become one of the most focused areas. According to the combined-expense benefit, this paper puts forward the conception of critical distance, as the basic criterion to choose either centralized or decentralized reclaimed water project. By comparing the critical distance with the one that is between users and the centralized wastewater plant, we can choose the proper reclaimed water allocation patterns to improve its efficiency and budget-saving configuration. In the calculation example, the present planning critical distance of plant 1 and 2 is 7.5 km, while the future planning critical distance of them is 8 km and 10km.
