Research of the netting mechanisms and value innovation in CAFTA's value nets: Basing on the perspective of modularity

摘要

The diversity of value-creating paths under CAFTA's value net provides China and ASEAN new strategic enlightenment in breaking through the power restriction of developed enterprises under global value chains and constructing a relatively integrated system of independent values. Combining with the theories of modular network organization and global value net, the paper studies the web mechanism of CAFTA's value net and constructs its systematic model, and then puts forward that CAFTA's industries developing multi-center modular production networks according to comparative advantages in geographic division of labor is the organization base which CAFTA's system of independent value comes into being. Finally, the paper discusses the mechanisms and paths of value creation in CAFTA's value net from developing the regional monopolization advantage, building the market power and improving the organization ability.
