Research on fiscal control risk in national income distribution

In condition of Chinese rapid revolution progress on marketing economical mechanism of socialism, building and perfection of public financial system has become the goal to which both government and public pay attention. With the gradual widening of public financial coverage extent, financial circulation risk is accumulating and emerging. Except the apparent risk factors which can be reflected by rate of national debt burden, imperfection risk is emerging gradually, which is put up by implementation of financial function in controlling national income distribution. Such imperfection consists of controlling the difference between rich and poor in citizens, the difference of income and living conditions between people of city and country, and unbalance of economical development among different areas.
