摘要

Because of the weak fault current and unstable fault arc, the problems of the single phase to ground fault line selection in the non-solidly earthed network have never been effectively resolved. This paper presents a new method to detect the ground fault line by increasing the grounding capacitance of the lines. If the grounding capacitance of the lines increased, the zero sequence current and the zero sequence capacitance of the fault phase would be increased obviously and the difference between healthy lines and fault line would be increased more obviously. This method resolve the problem of detecting fault line based on zero sequence current and parameter identify, which is high interference, unresponsive and low precision. This method has been verified via an EMTP simulator. The results confirmed that the method is right, effective and low influence to the power system.
