摘要

The EM iterative algorithm is commonly used in recent years for missing data, which has the character of easy and popular applicability. But the EM algorithm has a weakness that is slow convergence speed. A new acceleration algorithm is proposed which unifys the EM iterative algorithm and the Aitken acceleration method in order to solve the problem. Using the Aitken-EM acceleration algorithm to analysis the multiuser detection under the Non-Gaussian noise simulation, the results show that the proposed algorithm has a good performance, and compare with EM algorithm, the convergence speed is better than standard EM algorithm.
机译:近年来,EM迭代算法普遍用于丢失数据,具有易于使用和广泛应用的特点。但是EM算法的缺点是收敛速度慢。为了解决该问题,提出了一种新的加速算法,将EM迭代算法和Aitken加速方法相结合。使用Aitken-EM加速算法对非高斯噪声模拟下的多用户检测进行分析,结果表明该算法具有良好的性能,并且与EM算法相比,收敛速度优于标准EM算法。
