In the process of high pressure extrusion, instantaneous deformation and relative instantaneous stability may occur in the target stratum with the change of pressure exerted. This thesis presents the concept compressibility of loose sand stone stratum and hence deduces the extrusion modulus formula based on plastoelasticity theory and vertical restriction conditions. The deducted formula is then used in the programming calculation of construction wells with complete well-logging data. Two fitting formulas are deduced with sand packing quantity as datum condition based on weighted average of parameters of extrusion modulus of the construction well and alike. Reliability of the calculated data as compared with those in practical construction is testified by calculation of the construction well by means of the fitting formulas above.
