Operating mechanism of finance supervision institution and financial ecology in economic reality should be suitable. That is a key factor to influence the supervisory performance of financial supervision institution. By means of comparative analysis, functional analysis, economic analysis and historical analysis, this paper analyzed risks of financial mixed operation and disarrangement of finance supervision institution in China. Since operating mechanism of finance supervision institution and financial ecology were unsuitable, the supervisory performance of finance supervision institution in China was low. In order to safeguard financial stability and promote economic growth, it is an inevitable choice for China to build the government-led financial supervision system with the People's Bank of China as the core. It is also beneficial to accomplish the effective supervision of main systematic risks and improve the performance of financial supervision institution.
