A study on social demand structure of top talents' ability and quality

摘要

To resolve the contradiction between job seekers and recruiters, on the basis of literature research and survey of social employers, this paper obtained important evaluation data about ability and quality factors of top talents from employers. With factor analysis method, this paper abstracted 5 principal components containing 21 items, which constitute the social demand structure of top talents' ability and quality. These 5 principal components were named Mentality character qualities, Creativity qualities, Professional qualities, Leadership qualities and Interview qualities respectively.
