Logistics is growing fast in Zhuhai while enormous issues still exist. Nowadays, governmental departments and communities are concerned about how to weigh logistics development targets and whether economy and logistics are developed harmoniously. This paper aims to study the quantitative relationship between development of modern logistics and economic growth in Zhuhai by applying Granger causality test. The result shows that there is a positive response between them. The supply of logistics industry can not satisfy the demand of economy growth. Therefore in response to the quick economy development in Zhuhai, improving logistics policies, upgrading the infrastructures, integrating logistics resources and accelerating paces of modern logistics are urgently required.
