Green Infrastructure Optimization Analyses for Combined Sewer Overflow(CSO) Control

The effective realization of land use to Low Impact Development green infrastructure for CSO abatement and associated benefit to cost ratios for such implementation is currently being tested and reviewed. Early data evaluations indicate favorable use in specific radial areas around regionally oriented greenways; in partnership with private corporate entities, utilizing shared funding resources; coordinated with the City's short and long termed economic revitalization programs; and in conjunction with existing or future Capital Improvement Projects for the service areas.
