摘要

Based on the laser techniques method of detecting liquid surface wave was proposed.In this experiment, the intensity of liquid surface wave was controlled by the electromagnetic exciter and the frequecy of the exciter was controlled by the signal generator;When a He-Ne laser beam was obliquely incident upon the liquid surface wave directly, laser diffraction patterns from liquid surface waves can be collected by charge-coupled device at the same time. The experiment phenomena were visible and accordant to the theory well. The experiment results indicate that the proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity, high speed and non-destructive.
