摘要

Established group E-learning is a pattern used frequently in C-learning, and individual factors play an important role in this pattern. People can analyses the influence following many aspects of teacher, tutor and students. Such as appropriate authority of the teacher's through the study, teacher's capacity of evaluation and organizing and supporting learning in the network, tutor's model function and communicative competence On-line, students' questioning of E-learning, self-monitoring ability, approval of appraisal mechanism, following the crowd psychology in E-learning. At last, people can find some effective measure to improve the function of E-learning.
