The strengths of different concrete batches and anchorage steel bars are tested and results are given. The parameters of the specimens are explained and given as tables. Bar arrangements and dimensions are defined. The experimental procedure is explained. As a result, the experiment is outlined. The waterjet technique, which was used to create the roughness, and the results of the experiments will be explained in Part 2 and Part 3, respectively.
