ULTIMATE LIMIT STATE LOAD TEST OF STRESS-LAMINATED-TIMBER DECK

摘要

In this paper the behaviour of stress laminated timber decks (SLTD) subjected to ultimate loading is presented. A test of a full scale SLTD was performed during the autumn of 2009. Both non-destructive tests, as well as an ultimate load test were performed on the SLTD. Glulam beams made of Norway Spruce are stressed together with high strength steel bars creating a SLTD.
