摘要

The inevitability, advantages and risks of human resource management outsourcing are researched in the paper based on labor division theory, value chain theory, transaction cost theory and core competence theory from the view of economic. Three advices are put forward to increase the validity of human resource management outsourcing from the objective and content of outsourcing, risk management, and cultural synergy.
