In the process of international exchange, there always lie some collisions or conflict between our enterprises and the foreign. And the main reason is different business personality structure and ethics mode. Comparisons between them are discussed deeply and some advice is given including building sound business personality structure, quickening the building of business ethics, paying more attention to culture and attaching importance to culture amalgamation.
