Management is usually regarded as a substantiated and purposeful influence of management bodies to economic resources, aimed at organization of their actions to obtain the necessary results. Conflict situations are the main element leading to losses. Contradictions themselves are not only as a brake, but also as incentive element of production development. However, the best solution is prevention of conflicts, and conciliation of interests is a prevention tool.
