Based on the ANSYS software platforms, the structural vibration and noise of the truck cab structures have been systematically simulated and studied with test modal technology, the finite element and the boundary element methods in this text. First, modal analysis is made to obtain the structure's modal parameters. Then, the finite element modal is checked and verified by the test results. The dynamic response is calculated based on the reliable finite element modal. Combine the boundary method and regard vibration pace of the panel as bound condition; based on the SYSNOISE software the structure acoustic couple cab modal is set. The acoustics characteristic of the indoor acoustic field is carried on analysis and research. The noise obtained within the driver's cabin is distributed, some conclusions were drawn which were useful for the vehicle reducing noise in low frequency.
