Brand internalization has great significance to service enterprises. Empirical studies show that management practices can impact on staff satisfaction, then strengthen the brand internalization and brand citizenship behaviors, and then can affect enterprisesȁ9; performance. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to improve employee satisfaction by management actions to make employees produce brand-friendly behaviors and improve enterprisesȁ9; performance.
