With the emergence of hyper-spectral remote sensing technology, plant remote sensing monitoring has been developed rapidly, the study on the correlativity between trace elements and the spectrum character of plants is one of important components of quantitative remote sensing, in order to research the influence of lead-zinc ore on plants growth and reflection spectrum,This paper analyzed the spectra characteristics、red edge effect and metal elements content characteristics of pteridium revolutum in the lead-zinc mining area and background area based on the field hyper-spectral measurement data of pteridium revolutum and metal elements content of leaves ash,counted the relativity between the spectral blue-shift and normalized chlorophyll index of pteridium revolutum with metal contents respectively. The results showed that: reflectivity of the spectrum curve of pteridium revolutum in 555nm "green peak" is generally more than that in the background area, the reflectivity in the near infrared region is lower than the background area, the blue shift of red edge reaches 2~20nm. there is a highly relativity between the content of metal elements in the leaves and in the soil. The red-edge blue shift of pteridium revolutum is in positive correlation with the content of Pb、Zn、Mn、Sr、Ba and As,while normalized chlorophyll index is in negative correlation with other several elements except for Sr. the studies show that Vegetal-spectral anomaly in the lead zinc ore are highly related to existence of heavy metals under the ground.
