Coupling simulation between tribology and dynamic of flexible multi-body of piston crankshaft system

摘要

Based on a seven-cylinder diesel, coupling analysis between tribology and dynamics of flexible multi-body is studied. The flexible multi-body dynamic model is established using ADAMS and ANSYS, and the film forces models and computation program are constructed based hydrodynamic lubrication theory considering tribology action of cylinder-piston and crankshaft-bearing system, the coupling simulation analysis is studied. Comparing with the simulation result of not considering coupling analysis of tribology interaction, rotating speed of crank, friction force of piston, the film force of bearing and the danger position of crankshaft are compared. It is found that the coupling analysis has great affection to dynamics analysis and checking of piston crankshaft system, while it is necessary to study coupling of dynamic behavior of flexible multi-body and lubrication in design of diesel engine.
