The virtual prototyping model of Crank and Link Mechanism of Engine was constructed on ADAMS software by three dimensional model which produced on three dimensional modeling software; Through theoretical analysis of inertial force and moment of Crank and Link Mechanism, dynamical simulation was carried on in ADAMS software, and then the position of mass point of Crank and Link Mechanism of Engine was optimized based on ADAMS software, the optimal position of mass point could be discovered through the simulation, on this position the inertia force and the inertia moment was smallest and the vibration of engine should be the least, through the simulation and optimization the dynamical characteristics of engine could be enhanced.
