Based on game theory and rhetoric theory, this paper probes the reasons for enterprises' abortive application of management fashion. In view of the game theory, enterprises the applicate management fashion are aiming to minimize the losses rather than maximize the gains. While according to the rhetoric theory, the fact that rhetoric management fashion replaced technical management fashion leads to their abortive application. Therefore, it is suggested that managers have to strictly execute the management fashion while evaluating the gains.
