This study discloses the scope of services innovation of the case company, to understand how to proceed with the service of science, technology and services to construct value chain of Synvision Technology. The results of the entire interview by the following four points: (1) The value chain of services science, including core management structure, E-service management, quality certification and authentication services. (2) 5S for the management of core organizational culture perspective. (3) Through the information technology achieves the goal of improved services and importing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and GSP mode of operation.
