摘要

Personnel assessment and selection is one of the most effective approaches to obtain the organizational competitive advantage. Traditional personnel selection technique based on competency assessment can't satisfy the organizational need, therefore, emphasize the importance of P-J-O fit in selection context. Based on the ASD growth model, this study conduct a semi interview, find out that the construct of the assessment could include five aspects: competency, KSAs, Values, personality and need-supplies.
