Re-engineering the Iranian Airlines Fleet Planning Process to Enhance Revenue and Market Share

摘要

Like any other international industry, airlines have undergone the economics recession which endangers their very own existence. In this paper, we studied an innovative method to boost up the market share and revenue generation in airline industry. A method in which reverses the fleet planning process in Iran's Airlines, and improves the customer's purchase behavior.
