摘要

In this study, the simulation of Bubble Concrete was carriedout. The internal stress distribution and the failure mechanism ofBubble Concrete were analyzed. It is found that the mixing ratioof sphere have a great influence on the strength of concrete.The reason for the failure of concrete is:1. When the concrete contains multiple ceramic spheres, asthe load increases, the surface of the ceramic sphereproduces a large stress concentration, generating a stressmuch larger than the load.2. The load causes the ceramic spheres to compress in the Zdirectionand expand in the XY-direction. Because of thedeformation of the sphere, the concrete stress increases inthe XY-direction and failure occurs in advance.3. The damage of the sphere leads to the reduction of theconcrete cross-section, the load on the unit area increases,and then the specimen fails when the concrete reaches thedamage load.
