Shipbuilding industry is a labor-intensive, capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry. It is a typical high input,high consumption and high pollution industry. With China becoming the world's largest shipbuilding country, it hasbecome an urgent task to achieve the green shipbuilding. Chinese shipbuilding industry is still lagging behind theworld's advanced level. So according to the status of Chinese shipbuilding industry, the process of the ship constructionshould be analyzed and filtered from the resources, energy, efficiency and environment. According to the Regulationsand the actual level of science and technology, the relative standard for the implementation of green shipbuilding ispresented, which is to provide a basis for the green degree evaluation for ship construction and to promote theimplementation of the green shipbuilding in China.
