摘要

The financial crisis from the American loan crisis has already spreaded to many domains of all over the world gradually since 2008, including Harbin's real estate market. In 2008, influenced by the financial crisis, the real estate of Harbin assumed a declining trend from the development scale to the sale, but compared with the municipality, the change scope was small. ①This article embarks from the influence of financial crisis on Harbin real estate, applies the mathematical statistic research technique to analize the investment in real estate, the sales situation, the increased range of sales area,the increased range of sales revenue and the increased range of development investment ,gets a result that the financial crisis has an effect on Harbin real estate in the short term merely:the scale of development investment and sales are declined,but the changed range is not very big,then analizes the development environment of Harbin real estate,and judges its trend and poses a corresponding countermeasure to solve it.
