The paper begins from the connotation of innovation talent species, the evolutionary ability of the innovation talent species are evaluated by using Genetic Algorithm based on innovation talent stimulus-consciousness-reaction evolutionary mode. After a genetic operation, every individual innovation talent achieves its s evolution through genetics processing which help the genes of higher adaptability (assessment indicator)take the place of those of lower adaptability (assessment indicator).Through the genetic processing of choosing, intersection and variation innovation talent species the innovation talents who have strong evolution ability and adapt to environmental changes. After such a repeat process, the innovation talent species can attain an evolution ability of superior.
