摘要

Submodel method is used to perform the static strength check for crankshafts of high power diesel engine,which increases the simulation efficiency and reduces the simulation cost.3D contact analysis of finite element is adopted to simulate the elastic support of sliding bearings,which makes the calculation model closer to the actual situation.Considering combined effects of moment and torsion,a more accurate method for determining the dangerous working conditions of crankshaft is put forward with the help of finite element analysis. Analysis result is consistent to the actual operation of crankshaft.Safety factors of static strength are checked using equivalent stress method.
