摘要

One-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model was developed and coupled with one-dimensional water quality model, then use the finite volume method to the basic equation discretization. The discrete equation was solved by using the forecast-revision of second order in time. The method is conservation, simple, easy operation, and better practicability in forecasting general flood and the flood wave evolution of dam-break. At the same, this method can initially simulate the sudden pollution accident in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
