These findings support the notion that GON, rather than AFI or TAWSS, may be a sensitive, albeit not necessarily specific, hemody-namic marker for aneurysm formation. While a powerful new approach has been presented to streamline the task of asking such "what if questions, it remains to verify the physiological faithfulness of these retrospective reconstructions.
