A Study of“Small Property Right House” Holders’ Motivation:A Case of“Small Property Right House” in Wuhan

摘要

The aim of this research is to clarify “small property right house” holders’ motivation factors and motivation tropism according to empirical research, and illuminate composing of “small property right house” holders’ motivation. This study take the holders in three typical area of “small property right house” as sample, according to two stages survey and analyze, the author got the conclusion: the motivation of “small property right house” holder could be classified to five motivation tropisms: the impact of monetary value, the improvement of basic housing, the natural and pleasant environment, the requirement of work and life, and the achievement of cognitive and interest, in these five motivation tropisms, the impact of monetary value is the highest intensity motivation;most “small property right house” holders’ motivation, which are composed of two or more motivation tropisms, are compound motivation style.
