Research on Knowledge Transfer Model in RD Team of Real Estate Enterprises Based on Knowledge Supply

Knowledge chain is the basis of studying dynamic mechanism of knowledge flow, which consists of knowledge transferring network. Knowledge transfer is becoming the essential foundation for many organizations in the process of constructing competitive advantage. The internal knowledge transfer in a team is a microcosm of that within an organization;moreover, the performance of it will affect knowledge transfer within the organization or between departments, in corporation, the knowledge-chain composed of personal knowledge, group knowledge and corporation knowledge is an interactive, ordered, recycling system. The knowledge-chain management in the company is to convert the scattered, non-system personal knowledge to systemic corporation knowledge, and reduce the restriction of knowledge in front of corporation policy to promote its core competitiveness of the corporation. This article analyzed knowledge transfer in R&D team of real estate enterprises, summed up six important factors influencing knowledge transfer within R&D unit from the perspective of knowledge transfer infrastructure, analyzed the different network architecture plays different role in knowledge transfer, constructed the model of knowledge transfer in R&D team of real estate enterprises.
